Now in its 5th edition, GROK* is a set of 20 relationship games and exercises designed to help us listen deeply to each other’s values, needs, wishes, hopes and dreams; and to listen to oneself for clarity and self-connection. These games are fun, engaging, and educational; with no ‘winners and losers’. GROK offers a different model, a game where everybody not only wins, but also experiences deeper connection with themselves and others. *based on the sci-fi book Stranger in a Strange Land.

This is an updated version of the GROK games in a box!  It includes 70 Feelings cards and 70 Needs/Values cards. The instruction booklet has 20 interactive games designed for communication, understanding, listening, and fun! The sturdy box has an easy-to-open magnetic lid, and the cards are bright and durable. The instruction booklet also has a section summarizing principles and practices of NVC.
