Die \u201eReise\u201c beginnt bei uns selbst. Ziel sind gesellschaftliche Strukturen, die dem Leben dienen. Bei der gewaltfreien Kommunikation erlernen die TeilnehmerInnen in vier Schritten eine einfache Methode, mit sich und anderen umzugehen und konfliktf\u00e4hig zu werden. Durch diese St\u00e4rkung der Pers\u00f6nlichkeit entsteht Verbundenheit und Kooperationsbereitschaft.
