Zahlreiche \u00dcbungen und Geschichten aus der Praxis helfen, GFK-Wissen umzusetzen und praktisch zu leben.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall Rosenberg sah zwei unmittelbar miteinander verbundene Herausforderungen: \u201e \u2026 uns selbst und unser pers\u00f6nliches Umfeld von der Gewalt in unserer Sprache und unserem Denken zu befreien. Und andererseits ist es unsere Aufgabe, die Machtstrukturen zu ver\u00e4ndern, die uns \u00fcberhaupt erst so konditioniert haben und die immerfort das Ungl\u00fcck produzieren, das wir bek\u00e4mpfen\u201c.
