In der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation (GFK) helfen sie, wesentliche Unterschiede zwischen mit dem Leben verbundenen und vom Leben getrennten Handlungsweisen und Haltungen zu beleuchten und zu kl\u00e4ren. Aufgrund unserer Erziehung und Sozialisation sind uns die lebensfernen Ans\u00e4tze h\u00e4ufig vertrauter. Wenn wir jedoch beide Seiten kennen und sie unterscheiden k\u00f6nnen, er\u00f6ffnen sich uns pl\u00f6tzlich Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten. Wir erkennen, dass wir \u00fcberhaupt eine Wahl haben. Die Autorinnen erl\u00e4utern 25 Schl\u00fcsselunterscheidungen, etwa Bitten vs. Forderungen, Liebe als Gef\u00fchl vs. Liebe als Bed\u00fcrfnis oder empathisches Einf\u00fchlen vs. intellektuelles Vermuten. Die Darstellung jeder Schl\u00fcsselunterscheidung wird durch ein Beispiel und einen \u00dcbungs- und Reflexionsteil abgerundet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbIch kann mir vorstellen, wie sehr Marshall [Rosenberg] sich freuen w\u00fcrde, dieses Buch zu lesen.
